Approximate square footage

A rough number is fine. Square footage plus the number of restrooms is the single biggest driver of price.

How often you want service

Nightly, three nights a week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly — or a one-time deep clean. We can quote a couple of options side by side.

Access and timing

When the building is empty, how we get in (key, code, lockbox, badge), and whether there's an alarm we need to be set up on.

Any problem areas

The things bugging you right now — the carpet in the entry, the break room sink, the restroom floor grout. Those become checklist items.
