Pricing depends on square footage, how often we come, and what's in scope — a 2,000 sq ft office cleaned twice a week is very different from a medical suite cleaned nightly. That's why every quote starts with a free on-site walk-through, and why you get flat monthly pricing instead of a vague hourly rate.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial accounts are serviced in the evening, overnight or on weekends so your team and customers are never working around a cleaning cart. Daytime porter service is available too.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. We work on straightforward service agreements you can adjust or cancel with reasonable notice. We'd rather keep your business by doing good work than by holding you to a three-year term.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — commercial-grade equipment and cleaning products are included at no extra charge. If you prefer specific products for your building, we're happy to use them.
What if something isn't cleaned right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. That's the guarantee, and we'd much rather hear about it than have you quietly look for another company.
How do I pay my invoice?
